What is your frequency?

The Laterals Magazine is published 1-2 times annually.

I operate a store and I’m interested in stocking your magazines. Who should I get in touch with?

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight in total.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, please e-mail your request to contact@thelaterals.com with your order number as subject. We will refund the amount paid for the subscription minus the pro-rated cost of issues already mailed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do you ship your magazines and how long do I have to wait for it?

We ship your purchases with DHL. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Orders placed on a weekend will get processed on the following Monday.

I would like to change the shipping address, what should I do?

Please note that all orders placed before 5pm PST on a regular business day will be processed for shipping within 12 hours. Please send an e-mail to contact@thelaterals.com with your order number as the subject before you receive an order fulfillment e-mail. It is your sole responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details when placing an order. We will not be able to make any changes to the shipping details once the order has been shipped out.

Will I be able to track my order?

Depending on the selected shipping option, a tracking ID will be provided along with your order fulfillment e-mail. We will provide tracking IDs to certain regions free of charge. To check which regions are covered, please send an e-mail to contact@thelaterals.com

It’s been a month and I have yet to receive my magazine.

Please send an e-mail to contact@thelaterals.com with your order number as the subject and we will see to it.

What if no one is at home to receive my magazine?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the right contact details such as phone number and e-mail. Your local postal services will contact you if there’s no one at home to accept the parcels. If the magazine fails to deliver, it will be returned back to our offices. In this case, we will only be able to provide a refund based on the cost of the magazine. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

I ordered the wrong magazine, will I be able to exchange or return it?

If you made the order by mistake and would like to request an exchange or a refund, please send your request to contact@thelaterals.com. We will require you to return the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Any item you return must have tracking ID and be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Costs to return items back to us are the responsibility of the customer. For goods that arrived severely damaged / incorrect due to an error from our part, we can offer exchanges or refunds based on the price of the product. Please send your request to contact@thelaterals.com and attach detailed photographs showing the condition of the product. Further instructions will be provided via e-mail.
