Hacker Project Debuts from Balenciaga and Gucci Collaboration
The house of Balenciaga has paired with Gucci for an endeavor they’re calling The Hacker Project. Starting November 15th, the collection will debut in 74 physical retail spaces worldwide.
Expect Balenciaga pieces inspired by Gucci aesthetic. Cross-branded ready-to-wear accessories, bags and cases will all be offered.
Each launch will be accompanied by various activations and/or exclusives that make this experience part of the Hacker’s Project theme.
Balenciaga even took to retelling some of their classic architectural elements including carpet, curtains and metal. For the two former, there’s a classic allover G motif mixed with double B’s in place of G’s.
Shoppers will also be happy to know that for a limited time there will be special shopping bags available, hand tagged by local artists with the buyer’s first name boasting “THIS IS” their “BAG.”
The Hacker Project is now available in Balenciaga stores worldwide.
