Kristen Stewart takes center stage at the CHANEL Spring Summer 2023 show
CHANEL ends Paris Fashion Week 2022 with a bang and a new black-and-white short film starring Kristen Stewart, bringing a spectacular mix of casual formal wear to their latest Spring Summer 2023 fashion show.
Various archival black and white photography riddled the walls and flooring of the Grand Palais Éphémère with intricate collages and detailings of collections past.
The CHANEL Spring-Summer 2023 Ready-to-Wear collection is a collage. Imagined by Virginie Viard as a free stroll through fragments, it’s exposes an imaginary world confronted with itself, offering variations on the theme of allure.
With cozy grey hues and complimentary pastel and berry colors, the collection blends a happy marriage of sophisticated silhouettes and offerings while downplaying the formalities of the designs by being slightly oversized, slinky and overall comfortable in its fit.
VIPs in attendance included house muse Kristen Stewart, Yuna, Soo Joo Park, Caroline de Maigret, Rebecca Marder, Diane Kruger, Laura Bailey, Charlotte Casiraghi and more.
