
The CHANEL 22 Bag adds BLACKPINK’s Jennie to the Mix as a New Face in the Fresh Campaign
In an exciting reveal from the House of CHANEL, they’ve announced their fourth face—Jennie of Blackpink, for the brand new CHANEL 22 bag ad campaign starring bright, young “It” girls of the moment including actresses Lily-Rose Depp, Margaret Qualley and Whitney Peak.
Jennie fronts the advertisement with the mini bag alongside the other titular ambassadors who represent the tote and backpack versions of the bag against the backdrop of Los Angeles, New York and Palm Springs.



Speaking candidly of the House and her involvement, having been an ambassador herself since 2017, the popular Korean chanteuse had this to say- “Inez & Vinoodh call me ‘My Girl’. It’s comforting because they see me as a young woman, not just “JENNIE” in the spotlight. As a member of BLACKPINK, I’m constantly in the spotlight, but these images are an accurate representation of who I really am.”



In a stunning series of four separate collages featuring both black and white and color photographs, there’s a sense of vibrance and modernity showcased amongst the fresh faces. Versatility in the form of three different silhouettes gives consumers the choice of an easy mini version- perfect for a night out, the larger tote for those bustling work or travel days and finally, the trendy backpack sure to keep any fashionista organized with a no-frills approach.
Fans can expect a riveting film set to drop on April 3rd, 2023.
