LOEWE Fall Winter 2024/25
Loewe’s FW 24/25 show was based on artist Albert York’s works. Imagine an outsider looking in and a fantastically curated detailing of class and systems shown through the lense of Loewe’s topsy turvy spin on classic silhouettes. In exploring ideas of tailoring and couture —both languages of bespoke and prerogative, one masculine and the other feminine— get mixed.
Tartans rendered in mille feuille chiffon boast a furthter visual appetite, pumping up the 3D approach to garments. A fun buckled belt-inspired sandal was a marvelous pop to the throngs of pattern heavy offerings.
Fanciful draped blousons,, leather aviator jackets, and a new, larger, size if the famed Flamenco Purse being presented during the show. Ostrich print and bold florals round out the intense muse.
Celebrity guests were out in top form with the likes of esteemed talents such as Brie Larson, Meg Ryan, Shawn Mendes, Catherine O’Hara, Eva Green, Eiza Gonzalez and Ruth Negga dominating the front row amongst an eclectic mix of Hollywood’s finest.
