GUCCI Pays Ode to Basics for Women’s Spring Summer 25
Creative Director Sabato De Sarno took a straightforward approach to the latest GUCCI Women’s Spring Summer 2025 runway collection. No fuss and accessibility ruled alongside bold standout pieces of the leather variety. Accessories took a front row seat with main chainlink crossbody selects and cutesy handheld purses.
The collection encompassed a practicality that’s a welcome change for the brand. Utility jumpsuits, off the shoulder button ups, caftan dresses with daring gold accents and varied basics trapseid down the runway. The color palette was an appetizing feast of yummy neutrals punched up with the interjection of bold berry-hued leather offerings.

Lace offered a departure from the minimalist features in the form of barely-there minis and frocks that the brand is well known for.
Forest greens and neon hues lit up the finale with sets, dresses and fun hats seen going down the catwalk. A particularly enviable pair of polka dot class Gucci loafers are sure to be a bright spot once offerings are available in boutiques.
