“Baie des Anges” Short Film Boasts Understated Cool for Celine’s Summer ’22 Collection
Hedi Slimane embodied the coolest of the cool with the reveal of the Women’s 2022 collection. Entirely laid back and with easy-going layers, audiences will rave about the accessibility. Although riddled with basics, the looks are elevated with unexpected styling and pairings. The unusual luxurious sportswear will appeal to the brand’s youthful following.
In a 12-minute long video models and muses alike walked along a beachfront in Nice, France with the famed Hotel Le Negresco looming in the background donning streetwear basics from dad jeans to oversize hoodies and blazers to high top sneakers. Other film locations include the Astronomical Observatory and the Villa Masséna.
Familiar names walked the runway including Kaia Gerber, Suzanne Lindon, Diana Silvers and BLACKPINK’s Lalisa Manobal.
