Located in the Chaoyang neighborhood, perched on the heart of the prestigious green surroundings of the Embassy District, the Bulgari Hotel Beijing is perfectly positioned in the city’s most exclusive area. It is just a stone’s throw from the Genesis Art Foundation, which is situated within the new Genesis project, a haven where colors and forms draw together to balance art and nature.

As with all the Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, the Beijing property was entirely designed by renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The façade echoes rational and elegant, both the integrity design concept of the 1930s in Italy. The dark lines of the bronze windows contrast handsomely with the abstract quality of the bright limestone, evoking rigor and hospitality as well as elegance and privacy.

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing’s 119 exquisitely furnished rooms deliver a modern Italian design with touches of Chinese tradition coupled with cutting-edge technology. Luxury suites range from 71-square-meters to 214-square meters, with the highlight being the luxurious 380-square-meters Bulgari Suite, which boasts some of the best views over the city and is one of the largest suites available in Beijing.

FOR THE BODY

With the minimum size of 55-square-meters, the hotel rooms are among the most spacious in the city. The private elm wood alcove serves as Bulgari’s approach to guest comfort. Its square-shaped floor plan allows windows of natural light as well as spectacular views, inviting guests to languish in the large Bulgari. The timber floor recreates a private residential atmosphere, with custom-designed furniture in each room made from exquisite materials by the finest brands in Italy.

For those who seek to truly indulge themselves will find the luminous Bulgari Suite beyond exceptional. Offering guests sweeping views of the Liangma River, the Beijing skyline and Bulgari’s own glorious private garden, the suite holds a charming library with an exclusive book selection, a king size bed made from woven bamboo and a custom-made chandelier of crystal rods. The black granite floor adds distinction while the soft carpets from Morocco complement the panache design. The suite also comes with its own Spa treatment room and private sauna, wine cabinet, and wine fridge, Technogym weights, and headphones by Master and Dynamics. Exclusive services for Suite guests include a 24-hour butler.

FOR THE MIND

Guests can be assured that their stay at the Bulgari Hotel Beijing will be highly personalized. From the privacy of in-room check-in with the possibility of an unpacking and packing service to a private tour of The Great Wall of China, they can have the peace of mind thanks to the Bulgari’s team of expert concierges.

In addition to that, breakfast is offered 24-hours a day, making it perfect for those who want to sleep off jet lag. Besides that, a Technogym treadmill, stationary bike, and rowing machine are available in-room upon request for exercising in private.

Finally, as a signature Bulgari service, it is possible to organize in-room Bulgari jewelry viewings and sales.

FOR THE SOUL

The 1500 square-meter Bulgari Spa is an icon of the hospitality collection, featuring Roman-inspirations and iridescent mosaic tiles. The spa comprises 11 treatment rooms, two spa suites for couples, a fitness center, and a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by Roman-inspired Vicenza stone. A green and orange mosaic against the black wall recalls the pattern in Rome’s ancient Terme Di Caracalla thermal baths.

Integrating the mastery of its Asian location, each spa treatment blends traditional Chinese and Western techniques. To complement its prestigious repertoire, Bulgari only uses La Mer, Amala and Refinery products. Additionally, the steam area uses precious Himalayan salt stone, which formed around 260 million years ago and continues to maintain their healing properties.

FOR THE SPIRIT

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is home to signature dining and drinking options on-site, namely Il Ristorante Niko Romito, Il Bar and the Lobby Lounge. The former is a 70-seats restaurant with impressive views over the park and an impeccable terrace for luxury outdoor dining. Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito is the genius behind the epicurean delicacies and brings to Il Ristorante a menu that optimally expresses the culture, elegance, and vitality of ‘Made in Italy’.

Sharing space with Il Ristorante is Il Bar, which has risen to become the Beijing’s elite gathering spot. Guests can enjoy cocktails, fine wine, champagne and Bulgari’s renowned ‘aperitivo’ at the signature Oval Bar, or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Liangma River. In a novel use of the iconic Bulgari ‘Maglia Pantheon’ pattern, the back wall of the bar showcases a mesh screen of artful shapes, covered by a layer of silk fabric, a nod to the historic Chinese shadow play.

For an Italian-themed afternoon tea by the fireplace, guests are invited to leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind them and enjoy the exquisite interiors of the Lobby Lounge. Surrounded by glamorous red-carpet photos of Italian celebrities from the 1960s, the venue features black granite floors, extremely high ceiling and ground-floor windows externally surrounded by a bamboo alley that works as a screen providing privacy and a natural sun filter.
